Hi, I’m Reiham Amin, the founder of this little baby platform you’re on right now, reiwrite. I’m also the creator of The Journal of Expectations, a journal that completely changed my life, and now I hope it changes yours too.

The idea of starting my own business first crossed my mind in 2021 when I was living in Amman, Jordan, during my year abroad as a university student. But back then, it was just that, an idea. I didn’t actually start working on it until 2023 when I teamed up with a graphic designer to bring The Journal of Expectations to life. It wasn’t until later that I realized this journal was more than just a journal. It was a mindset, one that so many of us haven’t fully developed yet.

You see, three years ago, the thought of starting a business felt impossible. But when I changed the way I journaled, I started shifting my mindset. Now I am genuinely delusional, in a good way of course, because I know I can do anything I set my mind to.

Which leads me to now. I am a postgraduate student working halfway across the world from home, creating a space and a community for everyone to reiwrite their narrative chapter by chapter. This is why I created the reiwrite collective and this platform for us to document, collaborate, and reiwrite our stories.

I’m not perfect, and I’m still writing mine. I don’t think I will ever stop because that’s the beauty of it all. Our stories never stop, and the possibilities for you are endless. So enjoy each chapter, read every page, and believe in every word.
